水的品质优良与否,对浆和离型纸的质量有一定的影响,电容器纸、电气绝缘纸、照像纸和人造丝浆等,则需要比一般生产用水要求要高一些。 尤其是电容器纸和电气绝缘纸,要用阳离子和阴离子交换树脂处理过的水来进行生产。

一、一般0.15N/25mm,即15克左右的剥离力,俗称为轻剥离;

二、0.250N/25mm,即20-30克的剥离力,俗称为中剥离;

三、0.4~0.6N/25mm,即40-60克的剥离力,俗称为重剥离;

四、当然也有0.03~0.05N/25mm,即3~5克的剥离力,俗称为超轻剥离;

五、也有1.00N/25mm,即100克以上的剥离力,俗称为超重剥离。

硅油纸是一种经过硅化处理的耐高温烘焙纸。烤饼干的时候垫在烤盘上,纺织饼干粘连,少量溢出的油脂,粘在烤盘上也比较好清洗。一张硅油纸可以反复使用2、3次。当然如果硅油纸变色或者粘了很多残渣,需要更换。在制作蛋糕的时候,可以将硅油纸裁成适当大小,垫在蛋糕模具内,方便成品脱模。
