硅油纸和锡纸的性能区别 Performance difference of silicone paper and tinfoil

硅油纸是一种经过硅化处理的耐高温烘焙纸。烤饼干的时候垫在烤盘上,纺织饼干粘连,少量溢出的油脂,粘在烤盘上也比较好清洗。一张硅油纸可以反复使用2、3次。当然如果硅油纸变色或者粘了很多残渣,需要更换。在制作蛋糕的时候,可以将硅油纸裁成适当大小,垫在蛋糕模具内,方便成品脱模。
