离型纸生产注意事项 Notes for release paper production:

一、这种纸在贴的时候很好撕下来,但在一个周期(24小时)以后就难剥离,三个周期就拉不掉了。 这样的离型纸主要是不稳定,纸张密度不好、涂布不均匀、它的防渗透力差,所以在贴一个周期的时候,胶能渗透到离型纸里面,所以无法剥离!所以必须更换密度比较好的,纸张比较好的,涂硅均匀的,比较稳定的纸张做低纸。

三、平时用来贴的这款胶带都可以,但是模切以后很难排废或者是因为产品太小不能剥离。这样的情况呢就要注意了,有的是排废过程中容易把产品带起,这说明剥离力太轻,可以选择稍重一点的试一下。如果是不能剥离或剥离不良这样的情况也很正常(特别是无基材的),因为产品面积过小,在剥离力不够轻在剥离的时候就容易造成变形等现象,所以必须用更轻的离型纸。 因为现在有很多用户都反映有这种现象,其实离型纸不能完全靠刚开始的离型力来判断离型纸的本质,因为不同的涂布方式'不同的原纸都会有不同的离型力周期.还有就是离型纸的防渗透力,市场上还有一种格拉辛是用蜡硅油涂的,表面很漂亮,而且刚开始帖贴合的时候离型力很轻,但过几天后就撕不下来等现象,所以我建议用格拉辛最好还是用正品,不要用那些乱码的.3M9460的胶性比较粘,所以离型纸必须用涂布均匀,轻离型的离型纸,建议用无溶剂上硅的离型纸. 大家在选择离型材料的时候,要做三个周期的测试,更应该做15天的高温高湿测试。 只有通过了这样严格要求的离型纸,才是真正可靠的离型纸。
