离型纸的技术指标有以下几个,干硅涂布量,常温剥离力,老化剥离力以及残余粘着率。

干硅涂布量是指:离型剂涂布在材料上的量,单位是克每平方米。一般为溶剂型硅油的涂布量从0.30~0.80克每平方米,无溶剂型硅油的涂布量从0.80~1.30克每平方米。需要专门测试设备才能测试涂布量。

The amount of dry silicon coating refers to the amount of release agent coating on the material, in grams per square meter. 硅油涂布量直接影响到剥离性能。较高的涂布量,能够密实地将原纸覆盖,保证硅油均匀分布。而较低的硅油涂布量,则容易出现漏涂等现象,致使剥离不良。有些离型涂布供应商以降低硅油涂布量,致使剥离偏重,生产出重离型纸,在使用时是具有相当风险的。 可靠的生产厂家是在不降低硅油涂布量的前提下,通过化学配方的调整实现剥离力的调整。这是需要相当长时间的技术积累的,而非一蹴而就的。

常温剥离力:在常温下通过标准测试方法得到的剥离力数据,单位是N/25mm,可以转换成多少克。 一般0.10N/25mm,即10克以下的剥离力,俗称为轻剥离; 0.20N/25mm,即20克以下的剥离力,俗称为中剥离; 0.35~0.45N/25mm,即35~45克的剥离力,俗称为重剥离; 0.60~0.80N/25mm,即60~80克的剥离力,俗称为重重剥离; 当然也有0.03~0.04N/25mm,即3~4克的剥离力,俗称为轻轻剥离; 也有1.00N/25mm,即100克以上的剥离力,俗称为超重剥离。

残余粘着率,是指离型纸在经过第一次剥离后,第二次剥离时的力,经计算后得到的数据,主要反映硅油固化的效果。 UV固化硅油的残余粘着率一般为100%,热固化硅油的残余黏着率最高为90%。少数供应商若是声称自己的离型纸残余黏着率为100%,那就可疑了。如果发生脱硅这样的情况,这种离型纸的残余粘着率一般不会高过70%。 离型纸技术指标的测试是一件相当复杂的工程。一般电子厂、胶带厂仅能测试后几项数据。至于硅油涂布量,一般不会出现于离型涂布供应商的技术报告中。
