离型纸主要有以下几点特征：

第一离型纸的防潮，耐温等。离型纸中含有硅油，而硅油具有一定的耐温性，但这主要在于产品的运用，以及国产和进口硅油选择的。一般硅油温度可达到150度左右。

第二离型纸的剥离力：剥离力是指产品是否可以轻易撕落，当然这有严格的测试程序。小型分切机，国际目前主要采用国标的.剥离力的单位是克。依照测试的结果不一样，一般分为三个程序，轻、中、重离型.轻离型是指当离型纸和胶带护膜贴合时可以轻易剥离，而中离型则是不是很容易剥离，而重离型是很难剥离。

第三离型纸的清洁度：其实就是指外观的清洁和清洁度。因为离型纸厂家的工作环境不同，几乎很难得是在无尘作事室里，一般情况下，厂房好一点的会在环保和环境方面都有很大的优势，因为这些都会对清洁度出现影响.很多离型纸的清洁度不是在生产过程中遭到污染的.很大程度是由于在分切的时候，由于分切厂家的清洁度不高，酿成静电吸附才出现灰尘。

在了解掌握了离型纸一些特性之后，现在我们再了解一下生产格拉辛离型纸时，要满足哪些条件呢？

一、要能够粘住预浸料，但是有要易于让两者分离；

二、不和树脂体系发生化学反应或者会污染树脂体系；

三、离型纸在受到牵引后它的伸长率还要能和纤维保持一致，从而防止预浸料在制备过程中因为牵伸不同步从而引起的变形或扭曲，不过一般来说，它的厚度、单位面积、质量都不是那么容易的精确控制；

四、要具有足够的致密性，这样就能防止水分通过它从而进入预浸料中；

五、即使是环境的温湿度发生变化时，离型纸的长度、宽度都能够保持不变，从而避免引起离型纸起皱使的预浸料皱折。

1、干净度：是指表面的干净和清洁度，因为离型纸厂家的生产环境不尽相同，大多数不是无尘工作室，由于成本的问题，也不可能采用无尘工作室，一般来说都是普通的厂房，好一点的会在环保和环境方面有很多的改进，这些都会对干净度产生影响。2、离型度：指离型纸的离型程度，在这点没有绝对的值，看每个厂家的配方不同来决定。3、剥离力：是指当产品撕落时是否容易，当然这有严格的测试标准。补充： 离型纸又称隔离纸、防粘纸、硅油纸。是一种防止预浸料粘连，又可以保护预浸料不受污染的防粘纸。

用途：（1）格拉辛（底纸为格拉辛）硅油纸：耐高温、防潮、防油，一般用于食品行业包装。（2）普通离型纸：防潮、防油，起到产品的隔离作用，适用行业：电子、汽车泡棉、印刷等，它的使用范围大部分和具有黏性的在一起，特别是胶带，所以，一般要用到胶带的产品都会用到离型纸。（3）PVC壁纸，PVC皮革涂布发泡过程承接作用。

2、成本：国内和进口的离型纸有很大区别，普遍来说国内的离型纸的口碑并不是非常好，特别是体现在三M的胶带和日东的胶带，经常会出现表面有雾状或者离型度太低，不能够把离型纸和产品很好的撕开的情况。只是国内的离型纸肯定比进口的便宜，并且有一个比较大的价格比，如果考虑到公司的产品是出口所用，当然最好建议使用进口的离型纸，在出关方面会比较顺利；由于国产离型纸的生产设备及生产水平的特点，决定了国产离型纸在某些产品上的不稳定性，严重的后果就是会造成胶带的浪费。

3、生产程序：这里重点是是否要冲压或者切割，一般涉及到冲压或者切割时，会要求离型纸的厚度，因为低克重的离型纸在用于冲压的时候不易冲断，当然，这也和底纸的易碎度有关，易碎度不好的底纸在冲压或者切割的时候会把纸和产品撕开，达不到理想或者说想要的效果。

4、使用情况：这点主要体现在有些产品只是需要在运输过程中保持产品的平衡度，那么它会要求产品和离型纸结合时不易跌落。

关于离型纸的选择，主要是适合，在个人理解来说，没有绝对好的，也没有绝对坏的，国产有国产的优势，进口也有进口的强项。离型纸的选择等于是一个高考的过程，因为要综合考虑所有的因素，在各种因素均衡的情况下达到一个合理又能降低成本的效果。
