离型纸应满足:能粘住预浸料,但又易于使两者分离;不与树脂体系发生化学反应或污染树脂体系;在环境温湿度发生变化时,离型纸的长度、宽度都应保持不变,以免引起离型纸起皱而使预浸料皱折;应具有足够的致密性,能防止水分通过它进入预浸料中;离型纸受牵引后其伸长率应与纤维保持一致,以防止预浸料在制备过程中由于牵伸不同步而引起变形或扭曲;它的厚度、单位面积质量不易控制。
