离型纸生产注意事项 Notes for release paper production:
1、机械性 Mechanical:离型纸原料以机械的压力,研磨等物理方式,去制成断碎的细纤维。机械纸浆以磨木纸浆为主要,其原料为阔叶树与针叶树,而这方式的生产效率能高达90-95%。

机械纸浆造成的纸张,因没有加添任何化学品,故木材原料的木质素,完全含於纸浆内,惟如原料中含有色物质或深色杂质,将影响未来纸张的颜色,而性质方面,它是比较脆弱,而不透明度高,排水性佳,适合高速大量抄纸。其所抄造的纸张之紧度低,平滑度高,而富弹性,吸墨能力强,可加速油墨乾燥等,印刷适应性良好。

2、离型纸化学性 Chemical properties of release paper
因机械纸浆留有甚多的非纤维素成份,如木质(Lignin)等,使抄造出来纸容易受光线照射使纸张的色泽有变及更脆弱的现象。为了改善这缺点,化学性的制造纸浆的方法便产生。

因蒸煮过程中,可加入不同的化学品,使制造出来的纸浆性质有所不同,化学品可分为亚硫酸纸浆(Sulphite)、碱法纸浆(Alkaline)及硫酸盐纸浆(Kraft)。

亚硫酸纸浆的性质,色泽较浅,可不须经漂白步骤也可用作抄纸使用,制造的纸张,白度较高,纸质较柔软,其物理性质亦较弱。而碱法纸浆的特性,是较柔软和高不透明度,此纸浆制造的纸张,物理性质较强,主要是其纤维较短些?硫酸盐纸浆是现时比较普遍的方法。因其是用Na2S来蒸解,蒸解容易而且效果良好,而用此纸浆所造的纸张,强度较优,柔软性良好,而且耐久性佳,而经漂白後纸张白度更能大大提高。

3、离型纸半化学性 Release paper semi chemical一种介乎於机械纸浆与化学纸浆之间的方法。先将原料里非纤维成分与纤维之间之结合力溶解,再用机械方法使纤维分离。半化学性方法所用的化学品是Na2SO3及Ca(HSO3)2,另加Na2CO3及NaHCO3充当缓冲剂。而此浆的特性,是从原料得到的纤维可达65-85%,造出来的纸张,性质较硬,而此纸浆能制造出不同用途的纸张,如新闻纸、印画纸、书写用纸及瓦楞纸等,使用弹性较大,而成本却比其他方法较为低当有了纸浆後,便要经多种後期续制造程序,才能造出成为印刷时用的纸张。而造纸过程主要包括:打浆、加添矿物质和不同的填料、抄纸。
